Every Rotex system is made to your opening, in our own factory in Nigeria. Steel reinforced uPVC or aluminium, double glazed as standard, with the same two-year warranty on all of it.

The range
Filter by type or by finish. Every product is made to measure, so the page gives you the system and the specification rather than a size.
uPVC
Steel reinforced uPVC
The warmer and quieter of the two, and the one most homes choose. Multiple chambers through the profile slow the heat, and steel inside the frame carries the weight of large sashes without any of it showing.
Available in white and in woodgrain finishes, and in other colours to order.
Aluminium
Aluminium systems
Slimmer sightlines and longer spans, for sliding walls, shopfronts and curtain walls where the opening is larger than uPVC should carry.
An insect net can be built into an aluminium system at the time of manufacture, which is far tidier than adding one afterwards.
How they open
Tilt and turn
One handle, two movements. Tilt the top in for ventilation without leaving the window wide open, or turn the whole sash in to clean the outside of the glass from inside the room.
Casement
Outward opening, with power hinges rated to carry a sash of up to 120 kilograms. That is what lets a casement be made large without the frame dropping over time.
Sliding and folding
Sliding doors for a wide opening with nothing swinging into the room, and folding doors that stack to one side and open a whole wall on to a terrace.
Choosing between the systems
Three questions settle it in almost every case, and none of them are about the window.
How big is the opening?
Large panes on slim frames want aluminium, which is stronger for the same section. Ordinary domestic openings are better served by metal-uPVC, which insulates better for the same frame depth.
What is the room’s problem?
Heat and noise point to metal-uPVC and its multi chamber profile. A view, a wide terrace opening or a whole glazed elevation point to aluminium and to the patio systems.
Where is the building?
On the coast, salt air matters and metal-upvc resists it. Inland, harmattan dust matters more, and that is a question about the gaskets rather than the frame, so either system answers it.
You do not have to decide before speaking to us. Tell us the building and what is wrong with the rooms now, and we will say which system solves it and what it costs.
Questions about the range
Do you make windows to my sizes, or do I choose from standard ones?
To your sizes. Every unit is manufactured to the measured opening. That is the practical consequence of manufacturing here rather than importing containers of standard units.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the size of the job and on whether the openings are ready. We will give you a date with the quote rather than after you have paid.
Do you publish prices?
No, because a price per square metre changes the moment somebody looks at the actual openings, and quoting one would only mislead you. Send sizes and you get a written figure against your own building, at no charge.
Can you replace windows in a building that is already finished?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Made to measure exists precisely for openings that already exist and are not quite standard.
Is everything double glazed?
Yes. Double glazing is standard across the range rather than an upgrade.
What if something goes wrong after installation?
Two years of warranty on every product, and the same team that fitted it on the phone. Because we manufacture and install, there is one company answering rather than two pointing at each other.
