The roles we hire for
Not all of these are open at once. Send us what you can do and we will keep it on file for when one is.
Fabricators
Cutting, welding, corner cleaning, hardware and glazing on the factory floor. We train on our own machines, so care with a measurement matters more than experience with these particular systems.
Installers
Fitting on site: levelling, fixing, sealing and handing over a window that works. This is the part the customer actually sees, which is why our installers are our own people.
Surveyors
Measuring openings before manufacture and confirming them before cutting. Suits somebody methodical who is comfortable telling a client that something has to change.
Showroom staff
Abuja and Lagos, with the full range on the floor. Explaining tilt and turn to somebody who has never used one, taking sizes and following a quote through.
Sales and dealer support
Quoting, following up, and supporting the dealer network across Nigeria and into Ghana, Togo and Cameroon.
Drivers and logistics
Getting finished units to site undamaged, which is more skill than it sounds when the load is glass.

Do I need experience with metal uPVC or aluminium windows?
For factory roles, no. We train on our own machines, and somebody careful with a measurement learns the rest. For installation and survey roles, site experience matters more than experience with these particular systems.
Do I need a CV?
It is welcome but not required for a trade role. What matters is what you have built rather than how it was written up. A short message saying what you can do and where you are is enough to start.
Where would I be based?
Manufacturing is on the factory floor. Installation and survey work is on site across Nigeria, working out of Abuja or Lagos. Showroom roles are in the Abuja or Lagos showroom.
What does the hiring process look like?
A call first. For factory and site roles we will usually ask you to come in and show us, which is quicker for both of us than a second interview and a fairer test of somebody who works with their hands.
