Width and height of each opening, and how many of each. Rough sizes are enough for a first price, and we confirm them on survey before anything is made. If you cannot send drawings or dimensions, tell us and we will come and take the measurements ourselves.

Casement, tilt and turn, sliding, folding, or tell us what the room needs and we will suggest it.

Where it is
The town or city, so we can price delivery and fitting properly rather than guessing.

No sizes to send?
Tick the box in the form and we will come and measure. There is no charge for the visit and nothing is owed at the end of it.
What comes back
A written price against your openings, itemised, usually the same working day. Not a rate per square metre that changes after a visit.
What happens next
If we are measuring for you, we book the visit first and the written quote follows it. Otherwise we come back with a quote against the sizes you sent. If you accept it we survey the openings, confirm the measurements, and only then does anything go into production. Manufacture and fitting are both ours, so there is one company to hold to the date.
What you are agreeing to by sending this
Nothing. But it is worth saying so plainly, because it is the reason most people hesitate.
No charge, and nothing owed
A quote costs nothing, a survey costs nothing, and neither of them commits you to anything. We would rather price a job you decide against than not be asked.
A written price, not a range
You get a figure against your openings, itemised, not a price per square metre that changes once somebody has been to look.
Same working day, usually
Straightforward jobs are quoted the day they come in. Curtain walls, patio systems and large schedules take longer because they are worked out properly rather than estimated.
Before you send it
How accurate do my measurements need to be?
Rough is fine. We are pricing from them, not cutting from them. Every measurement is confirmed by our own surveyor before anything is manufactured, even when you have sent drawings.
Will you publish or share my details?
No. Your details are used to prepare and discuss your quote and nothing else.
Do you give a price per square metre?
Not as a quote. A price per square metre changes the moment somebody looks at the actual openings, so quoting one would only mislead you. You get a written figure against your own openings, itemised.
How long is a quote valid for?
We will tell you on the quote itself. Glass and hardware are imported, so a quote cannot be open ended, but we will always say plainly how long the figure holds.
What happens after I accept?
We survey the openings and confirm every measurement. Only then does anything go into production. Manufacture and installation are both ours, so there is one company to hold to the date.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A single replacement window is worth asking about, and plenty of our work starts that way.
