Dealers

Authorised Rotex dealers

Rotex supplies customers across Nigeria, Ghana, Togo and Cameroon. Where we have an authorised dealer, they carry the product and quote locally.

Represent Rotex in your state or country

We are adding dealers across West Africa, starting with Douala, Accra and Cotonou. A dealership suits an established building materials business with a showroom, storage and a fitting team, or the willingness to build one.

Tell us where you are, what you sell today and what you can store. We will tell you honestly whether the territory is open.

What being a Rotex dealer gives you

We are looking for a network rather than a list of accounts, so the support is real.

A product people ask for by name

Rotex has been manufacturing in Nigeria since 1998. You are selling something that is already known, already installed in buildings your customers can go and look at, and already carrying a two-year warranty.

Manufacture behind you

Units are made to your customer’s openings, not picked from a container of standard sizes. That means you can quote for buildings that are already built, which is most of them, and it means an odd shape is a question rather than a refusal.

Training and technical support

On the product, the opening types and the specification, so your people can answer the questions that decide a sale rather than promising to find out.

Quoting support

Send us a window schedule or a set of sizes and we will price it. Complex jobs, curtain walls and patio systems are quoted with you rather than handed to you.

Marketing material

Catalogues, specification sheets and photography of real installations, so what you show a customer is the product they will actually receive.

A defined territory

We appoint one authorised dealer per state, so you are not competing against the company that supplies you.

What we look for, and how to apply

Companies that already distribute or sell building materials of good quality. The product sells on specification and on finish, so it sits naturally beside doors, tiles, sanitary ware and finishing materials, and awkwardly beside general hardware.

You do not need to hold stock to start. What matters more is somebody who can survey an opening properly, follow a quote through and stand behind the installation afterwards.

Write and introduce your company: where you are, what you already carry, and the kind of buildings your customers put up. We will come back with territory, terms and what training would look like.

Becoming a Rotex dealer

Do I need to hold stock?

No. Units are manufactured to each customer's openings rather than picked from stock, so there is no inventory to carry. What matters more is being able to survey an opening properly and follow a quote through.

What kind of company are you looking for?

Companies already distributing or selling good quality building materials. The product sells on specification and finish, so it sits naturally beside doors, roofing materials, tiles, sanitary ware and finishing materials.

Will you appoint more than one dealer in my area?

It depends on the size of the city. We appoint as few authorised dealers as possible, so you are not competing much with another dealer.

What support do I get?

Training on the product and the specification, advertisement, quoting support including help pricing complex jobs, marketing material, and photography of real installations.

Do you appoint dealers outside Nigeria?

Yes. Ghana, Togo, Benin and Cameroon are all part of the plan, and orders for those markets are already taken remotely from measurements.

How do I apply?

Write and introduce your company: where you are, what you already do, and the kind of buildings your customers put up. We will come back with territory and terms.
