A European partnership, not a European label
Rotex has worked with AXOR Industry and Roto of Germany for more than seventeen years, as a distributor of Roto products and accessories in Europe. That relationship is why the hardware in a Rotex window is the hardware it is, and why our engineers are trained on it rather than improvising around it.
It also decides something more practical. Hardware from a named European maker carries part numbers, and part numbers can be reordered. A hinge or a handle on a window we fit this year can still be replaced in ten.
What is in the window
The profile is WDS or Aluplast. The hardware is AXOR or Roto Frank. The handles are HOPPE. The glass is Glas Trosch or Saint Gobain. All European manufacturers, named, so you can look up every one of them.
The window itself is built here, in our own factory, to the openings in your wall. That is the arrangement: European components, Nigerian manufacture, one company taking responsibility for the result.
What the partnership is worth to you
Trained on the system, not around it
Our engineers are trained on AXOR and Roto hardware rather than improvising with it. That matters most on the difficult constructions: patio sliding and folding systems, arc sliding, and anything electronically controlled.
Parts that can be reordered
A named manufacturer means part numbers. A hinge or a handle on a window fitted this year can still be replaced in ten, without replacing the sash it is attached to.

Every component maker behind a Rotex window publishes its own technical data. You are not asked to take our word for the performance figures.
European components, Nigerian manufacture
It is worth being precise about the arrangement, because plenty of companies in this market are deliberately vague about it.
The components come from Europe, from named manufacturers, and the windows themselves are cut, welded, cleaned, glazed and finished in our own factory in Nigeria, to the openings in your building.
That is the arrangement that makes made-to-measure possible at all.
