The kinds of buildings we work on

The specification does not change between them. The sizes, the opening direction and the finish do.

Private homes

From a single replacement window to a whole house glazed throughout. Most of this work is on buildings that already exist, which is why made to measure matters more here than anywhere else.

Blocks of flats and estates

Repeated openings across many units, where consistency and delivery dates decide everything. Manufacturing in Nigeria is what makes a schedule like this hold.

Offices and commercial buildings

Where the noise reduction and the heat figures translate directly into how the building runs, and where curtain walls and structural glazing come into it.

Hotels

Guest rooms are the hardest test a window gets: a guest who cannot sleep for traffic noise writes a review about it.

Churches, mosques and public buildings

Large openings, arched and shaped units, and a requirement to look right rather than merely to work.

Schools and hospitals

Tilt and turn is close to obligatory here: it ventilates a room without leaving an opening a child can get through, and the glass can be cleaned from inside.

How a project runs

Survey. We measure every opening ourselves before anything is made, even when you have sent drawings. Drawings describe the building that was designed; a survey describes the building that was built, and on a real site those are rarely the same.

Manufacture. Cut, welded, cleaned, fitted with hardware and glazed in our own factory, to the surveyed sizes.

Installation. Fitted by our own installers rather than a subcontracted crew, which is the difference between one company answering for the result and two companies pointing at each other.

Afterwards. Two years of warranty on every product, and the same team on the phone for after-sales service.

Questions about our work

Do you take on small jobs as well as large ones?

Yes. A single replacement window is worth asking about, and a good deal of our work starts that way.

Can you work on a building that is already finished?

Yes, and most of our work is exactly that. It is the reason made to measure matters: existing openings are rarely standard and rarely quite square.

Do you survey, or do I send measurements?

We survey every opening ourselves before manufacture, even when you have sent drawings. Drawings describe the building that was designed; a survey describes the building that was built, and on a real site those are rarely the same.

Can you meet a construction programme?

Manufacturing in Nigeria is what makes a delivery schedule hold.

Do you work with architects and main contractors?

Yes. We quote from a window schedule directly and supply specification sheets for glazing, hardware and profile for submissions.
