How to reach us
The fastest route to a price is a phone call with the sizes in front of you, or a photograph of the drawings sent over WhatsApp. Most quotes go out the same day they are asked for.
If you have no drawings and no sizes, say so. We will come and measure, at no charge and with nothing owed at the end of it.

What to send us, depending on why you are writing
A message with the right three things in it usually gets a useful answer the same day.
If you want a price
Send the width and height of each opening and how many of each, plus the town the work is in. Rough figures are enough to price from. We confirm every measurement on survey before anything is cut.
If you want advice first
Tell us the room and what is wrong with it now. Too hot, too loud, too dusty, or a window that has never closed properly. We will say which system solves it and roughly what it costs before you commit to anything.
If you are an architect or builder
Send the drawings and the schedule. We quote from a window schedule directly and can supply specification sheets for the glazing, hardware and profile for your submission.
If something is already fitted
Call us. Adjustments, replacement sashes and hardware are handled by the same team that fitted the job, and every product carries a two-year warranty.
If you want to sell Rotex
We appoint dealers across Nigeria and in Ghana, Togo and Cameroon. Write and introduce your company and what you already distribute.
If you are looking for work
Fabricators, installers, surveyors and showroom staff. Send what you can do and where you are based, and we keep it on file.
Where we work
We manufacture in Nigeria and install throughout the country from our Abuja and Lagos bases. Orders for Ghana, Togo, Benin and Cameroon are taken remotely: you send measurements and drawings, we manufacture to them, and the units are shipped.
For a job outside Nigeria, start with the sizes and the destination city. Everything else, including delivery, is worked out from there.
Questions we are asked before anybody calls
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within the working day. Most quotes for straightforward jobs go out the same day they are asked for. Curtain walls, patio systems and large window schedules take longer, because they are worked out properly rather than estimated.
Do I have to know what I want before I contact you?
No, and most people do not. Tell us what is wrong with the room now, whether that is heat, noise, dust or a window that has never closed properly, and we will tell you which system solves it and roughly what it costs.
What if I do not have drawings or measurements?
Say so and we will come and measure. There is no charge for the visit and nothing is owed at the end of it. This is the normal situation rather than the exception.
Do you work outside Nigeria?
Yes. We manufacture in Nigeria and install throughout the country. For Ghana, Togo, Benin and Cameroon we take orders from measurements and drawings and ship the finished units.
Is there a charge for a quote or a survey?
No. Neither costs anything and neither commits you to anything.
Can I just come to a showroom instead?
Yes, and it is usually the fastest way to decide. Both showrooms have the full range on the floor with the handles working. Bring your sizes and you can leave with a written quote.
